The challenge
Telecoms operators and large organisations considering LoRaWAN and IoT need independent advice: is there a market, what should the network look like, which products should they launch, and what should they buy?
What we did
- Market review: an independent review of the LoRaWAN landscape in Jersey for a UK network operator, covering operator-run, community and private networks, live propositions, opportunities and forecasts.
- Network business case: an island-wide LoRaWAN network proposal for a telecoms operator, with options, delivery approach, cash-flow model and commercial models for business and consumer services.
- IoT product strategy: product portfolio, service design and governance for a mobile operator’s IoT accelerator programme.
- Gateway specification: a requirements response and gateway recommendations for an international organisation’s LoRaWAN deployment, from channel counts and enclosures to dual backhaul.
The result
Decisions grounded in hands-on experience of building and running networks, not just slideware. Our founder has been on the operator side too, as LoRa Network Product Manager at JT. See about us.
