The requirement
Ventilation is a legal duty for employers and a growing focus for schools and landlords. CO₂ is a reliable proxy for how well a room is ventilated: guidance for schools and offices treats sustained levels well above 1,000 ppm as a sign that more fresh air is needed. Poor air also hurts concentration and comfort, and high humidity leads to condensation.
Our approach
Multi-parameter sensors measure CO₂, temperature, humidity and, where needed, VOCs and particulates. You get:
- live dashboards per room, floor and building;
- alerts when a room passes a threshold, so a window can be opened or ventilation boosted;
- reports showing compliance over a term or a year;
- data that can drive demand-controlled ventilation through your building management system.
Battery sensors mean classrooms and offices can be covered in a day, with no cabling.
Devices we use
- CO₂ and multi-sensor indoor air quality monitors
- Particulate (PM2.5) sensors
